Privacy Policy

RPFilmworks is a wedding and events photo and video company based in Antipolo City, Philippines. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you inquire, book, sign a contract or message us, what we do with it, and the choices you have. It covers our website, our client pages and our Facebook and Instagram messages.

• Inquiry details: your name, mobile number, email, Facebook or Instagram name, kind of event, event date and location, and what you ask us.
• Booking and contract details: the names and contact details of the people on the booking, the details of your events, your signature, a photo of a valid ID, proof of payment, and your answers to our event forms.
• Facebook and Instagram messages: when you message our Facebook Page or Instagram account, we see your name as shown there and when you last messaged us, so we can follow up. Our team reads and answers your messages in Facebook and Instagram.
• Payments: the amounts and dates of what you have paid and still owe. We do not keep card or bank account numbers.
• Meetings: the date and time of any meeting you book with us.

• To answer your inquiry, check if your date is available and send you our packages.
• To prepare your contract, confirm your booking and payments, and plan and cover your event.
• To follow up on your inquiry. Texts and emails about offers are sent only if you agreed to receive them, and you can stop them at any time.
• To keep the records a business must keep, such as receipts and payments.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for anything unrelated to your inquiry or booking.

Only our team, and each person sees only what their role needs. For example, our editors and field team see the event details they work on, not your payments.

We use trusted services to run our system, and they handle your information only to provide their service to us:

• Supabase, which stores our records and files (servers in Singapore), and Vercel, which runs our website.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram), for messages with our Page and account.
• One Way SMS, for text messages, and Resend, for emails.
• OpenAI, which may read the pages of a signed contract you give us so our team can enter its details faster. Your ID photo is never sent to it, and our team checks every detail.

We may also share information when the law requires it.

Our system requires each team member to sign in, limits what each role can see, and keeps IDs, signatures and proofs of payment in private storage that is not open to the public.

We keep booking and payment records for as long as needed for your booking and as the law requires for business records. Inquiries that did not become bookings can be deleted when you ask.

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you may ask to see the information we have about you, have it corrected, stop receiving follow-ups, object to how we use it, or have it deleted when we no longer need to keep it. You may also file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.

To make a request, email marketing@rpfilmworks.com or message our Facebook Page. We may ask you to confirm who you are before we act on it.

To have your information deleted, including anything that came from your Facebook or Instagram messages, email marketing@rpfilmworks.com with your name and the mobile number, email or Facebook name you used with us, and tell us what you would like deleted. We will confirm when it is done, or explain which records we must keep by law.

If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date above.
